This one is a winner. I served it for Thanksgiving & got rave reviews and an empty pie plate. Next year I will be making 2 pies. I’ll serve one and hide the other for after the guests have left. Thats how good it was.

This was the perfect balance of both. I would up the pecan mixture that goes on the bottom to 1 cup or even 1-1/4 cup next time though. Thanks for this great recipe that will be a new staple for the holidays!
