		<description><![CDATA[Found a similar recipe online that called for 1 cup of shortening. Made these this afternoon. They are good, but  I don&#039;t usually bake with shortening, so they were a little heavy/oily for me.  I think I might try them with margarine and see if it changes them much. I think they would be great with a chocolate filling as well. These are a very good, sturdy sandwich cookie.]]></description>
