Description

These are great for anyone who is gluten-free or dairy-free, or for anyone who just loves honey and peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Brown Rice Syrup
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies Cereal, Gluten Free

Preparation

Put syrup, honey and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl then microwave the mixture for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Put the cereal in a large bowl. Pour syrup mixture over the cereal and mix well.

Press firmly into a 9×13 baking dish and cool in fridge. Cut into 8 very large bars and serve, chilled.

Note: You can use all honey, but they hold together best when using part brown rice syrup. Either way, just keep them in the fridge and you’ll have a cool, sweet, crunchy, nutty treat!
