		<description><![CDATA[I really enjoyed this fudge...very creamy and tasty and FAST. Next time, I&#039;ll add a bit more peanut butter while melting and some mini chocolate chips while stirring in sugar.  I made two batches during dinner in 15 minutes. I don&#039;t have a microwave so used a double boiler instead (a pot on a burner probably would&#039;ve worked fine too) to melt. I also sifted the powdered sugar because I didn&#039;t want any lumps.  For those who buy your powdered sugar in bulk, 1 pound equals about 3 3/4 cups.]]></description>
