The bake time ended up being 3 times longer and the middle never firmed up. I don’t have a convection oven, so perhaps that was the problem.

Looked up the original post on Bon Appetit and it was 1 1/4 STICKS of butter not 1 1/2 CUPS of butter. Which do you use?
