Let me begin by saying, these are delicious! I found them difficult to work with and the end product wasn't very pretty to look at. I followed your directions for the first 2 pans, but they were just too difficult to remove and fell apart. I decided with the next batch, to bake the brownies and when I removed them from the oven I inserted the peanut butter cup into the brownie. I let them cool in the pan for about 15 minutes and they released much easier with this method. There was still a little breaking apart of the brownie but I patched them back together and put them in the fridge to continue cooling. Again, these were celicious but I probably won't make them again.

I'm going to be making these for college football tailgating parties this fall. I wonder how many dozen I'll need to feed the players after the game! That is, assuming my boys to get to them first! HAHA!

My nephew is a big fan of peanut butter and particularly peanut butter cups. Made this yesterday for his 24th birthday. What a hit! He loved them and so did his friends. I made them in the 9 x 13 pan and cut them into squares. Definitely will be making these again for the troops.
