I followed the recipe as written and they came out perfect. (I did add an extra minute or two of baking time which is most likely just a variation in oven temps.) My family enjoyed the light, moist texture and the fact that these are not overly sweet like some desserts can be – I’m the only member in my family who feels dessert can never be too sweet! Thanks for a great recipe – it’s one I’ll definitely use again!
