I loved the fact that I had all the ingredients for it. I noticed a lot of the cake recipes were calling for cream cheese or cool whip, sorry but I don’t keep those items on hand…but Peanut Butter is always available. The cake turned out delicious and I drizzled chocolate all over it…Thank you for sharing!

Haven’t assembled it yet, but the cakes seem pretty fluffy and delicate (probably just the way the banana mix comes out), so I may not cut them into four layers. Two should be alright. I added about 1/4 cup cocoa and a few tablespoons of coffee to the frosting.
