Brought these to a party last night and they were a hit! I dipped half of the pretzels in milk chocolate and the other half in semi-sweet, simply because that’s all I had on hand. Both versions were really good. If I make these again, I might consider leaving a few “naked” as I sampled one without chocolate and it was really tasty! Not quite as pretty that way though. I used a bit of a heavy hand with the salt, but people seemed to like that. You might want to sample a few and figure out the salt level you like, if you make these…which you should!

Love’em, love’em, love’em was the re-sounding voice when I took them to work (I volunteer at a free clinic) I couldn’t find the mini pretzels (the knoted ones) so I used the small square “waffle” looking ones. Shared the recipe with several of my co-volunteers.

My peanut butter/sugar never got to a consistency that I could roll so I just spread it on with a knife. These were a huge hit at the football party I took them to!

So yummy. Being a fan of dark chocolate I replaced the milk chocolate w/ dark and was extremely pleased w/ the results.
