You may want to try a little rum extract. A 1/2 to 1 teaspoon should be enough.

Very yummy. I had to make a couple substitutions; my grocery store didn’t have fresh peaches so I used frozen and I didn’t have rum so I used bourbon. This recipe is as keeper.
