I love peaches and this was a great way to enjoy them in the winter. I did have to cook it toward the longer time and was happy you gave a range. I actually can quart jars of peaches for the sole purpose of making this pie during the year.

the only thing different from this posting that I do is I only have to bake it for 30-35 minutes.

I find putting the sugar and cinnamon mixture in a spice jar works well to sprinkle over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
