I used fresh peaches, but I wonder if jarred would do as a sub. I used about 1/2 C of Amaretto on the cake, and I think that’s what really made the whole thing. It was delicious, and it made enough to send several people home with bowls of it. The consensus? “It’s like crack. Can you make it again?”
