I let my baby (sorta, he is six) carry the peaches at the Farmer’s Market and he swung them around until they were nothing but mush. So….I made an apple version. I used mascapone, but next time I will try the cream cheese because the mascapone became too runny but still delicious. I had 2 T of butter left in the bowl, so you can easily cut the butter down to 3 T. Yum.

I didn’t have Mascarpone cheese so I used Ricotta with almond extract and a bit of sugar. Yum!
