Delicious and easy. I didn’t toss the peaches with 2 Tblsp sugar. Instead sprinkled top with brown sugar and then cinnamon.

This is terrific! I made this last night and it was delicious. I used fresh peaches and fresh blackberries. I added 1/4tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of ginger to the batter. I mixed 1/2 tsp of almond extract with the peaches but I used 1/2 tsp of vanilla in the batter instead of the almond extract. This was so good that my family has already asked me to make this again. Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this last night, sort of spur of the moment… got a bunch of fresh peaches yesterday and on the way home from my son’s ball game I told hubby and son I would make them some peach cobbler. So as soon as we walked in the door I got on Tasty Kitchen and started looking at recipes. I picked this one and I am glad I did! I halved the recipe and made it in a pie dish. It came out great and they ate almost the whole thing. Next time I will make a big pan of it because I think I might have to make more tonight!

I made this tonight with one quart of peaches I canned last summer. It was delicious! I think I could use any fruit on hand and it would be equally as good.

I wanted peach pie with peaches I got from the farmer’s market but I was too lazy to make the crust (I cook only from scratch b/c of food allergies). This was so easy! I’m not usually a fan of cobbler but I loved it. I substituted pure maple syrup for the almond extract and it was excellent. I also threw in some blueberries and blackberries.
