I thought the topping was great. It actually reminded me of a cake donut! I wasn’t fond of the peach but I will retry it with berries another time. Thanks for the great recipe. OH I will use a larger pan next time – this time it dripped over and made a mess in my oven – but worth it!

This recipe is also really good with fresh black raspberries. Just made a batch of it this week!!!

I have a question, can you make this with frozen peaches? My family has a peach orchard so I have lots of frozen peaches from last year that need to be used up.
