I’m good at it. I start there so you know where I’m coming from…..this is a so-so recipe. I’d rather eat my oreos than put them in here, they did nothing spectacular for this batter. I generally prefer a more low maintenance batter, but decided to try this recipe for mt daughters birthday. It was not worth all the work or all the bowls that have to be washed. If not for the chocolate buttercream frosting, this cupcake would not be worth eating…..
