My daughter wanted to bake some PB cookies yesterday, so she looked online and found a recipe to try….they were….ok. When she wanted to try again today, I suggest that we look here for a different recipe. Found this one….they are perfect!! Crisp on the outside and still soft inside..exactly what a PB cookie should be. We used a size 60 cookie scoop and got about 5doz large cookes. Also, only had margarine in the house and they still turned out “amazing” as my daughter said. Thank you for sharing this recipe…it’s a keeper!

I removed my previous review giving this recipe only 3 "mits", the reason being my opinion of the first batch that i made was based on an un-cooled and slightly under baked version. After they cooled they were amazing. I got SO many complements on them from everyone who tried the cookies. I aready need to bake another batch! Thanks :D

Really simple, delicious peanut butter cookies! I don't have a mixer, so I did it by hand, and they were surprisingly easy to make. Thanks for sharing; this is now my go-to recipe for peanut butter cookies!
