I love the addition of lemon zest and juice. We have a meyer lemon tree in the backyard so I used meyer lemon and it just adds an extra bit of brightness to the dish.
I’ve only made cobbler a few times, and am by no means a cobbler expert, but this was perfect, simple, and super tasty!
