		<description><![CDATA[I didn&#039;t have any Allspice, so I just added in some nutmeg. These cookies are really good, a little chewy and light. You can def taste the spices, which I love. 

One problem I ran into after the first batch was that the cookies stuck pretty bad, and I kind of ruined several. I sprayed the pan the next time (the recipe doesn&#039;t state to do this...) and I also only let them hang out on the pan for about 3-4 min after removing from the oven.
