Oh wow. WOW! I am not usually into cake, but this was almost like a banana bread in texture? The cake was impossibly moist, with all that oatmeal…but the REAL showstopper is the broiled topping. I could have eaten it by the spoonful. Love the rich, buttery brown sugar flavor! I am looking forward to making it for my church group and am positive everyone will love it.

This was so good! I usually go for chocolaty desserts, and so this was a really nice change! I could have eaten the entire pan myself!

This is in the oven again…it’s a staple around here. Thought I’d reviewed this already, but I guess not! It’s amazing. Every time I taste it, I die a little.

Edible, but oddly chewy (I think it is the oatmeal–and I was careful to use the right kind and soak it for long enough) and not that flavorful.
