My family loves this pie. I tooke it to a christmas party and it was gone in a flash. Great pie and easy to make.

I just made this for my dad on Wednesday. It was gone by Friday morning. I tried a piece of this pie and even though I do not like coconut I thought it was delicious. It was very easy to make . I wish that the cooking times for the pudding were more specific because I do not make many pies like this. Because I wasn’t sure about how long to cook the filling, it turned out a bit wet.

I will definitely make this again! Five stars for taste and four for procedure! Great recipe.
