		<description><![CDATA[Loved how this wasn&#039;t a true &#039;crumb&#039; topping but yet the it was very crunchy! I picked this recipe to try since it called for a large amount of rhubarb compared to other recipes.  I will admit I used a mix of sugar, crystalized honey, and brown sugar for the filling since I discovered I was almost out of sugar - it worked fine.  Filling thickens up nicely - tasty and easy.]]></description>
