I like the fact that the cookies use oatmeal so they are a tad healthier, but the pb taste isn’t very strong in the cookies alone. Add the filling, though, and it makes up for it. All-in-all they’re pretty good, and I will keep the recipe. They do remind me a bit of the girl scout pb sandwich cookie (do-si-doh?).
