		<description><![CDATA[Amazing. Delicious. My family and I couldn&#039;t stop eating this! The texture is fantastic, and the caramel is succulent, not too sweet or too subtle. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it&#039;s heaven. The second time I made this, everyone was so eager to eat it that they took some without me looking as soon as it came out of the oven (every day for the kids was pretty much cereal, so this was a nice change!) but they paid for it by burning their tongues! Overall, wonderful wonderful recipe, thanks so much for sharing!]]></description>

However, next time (and there will be a next time) I will bake it at least 35, maybe 40, minutes because it doesn&#039;t seem completely baked in the center.  Also, I think I didn&#039;t wait long enough after it came out of the oven to put the topping on.  It make the cake sink a little but that could also have been because it wasn&#039;t completely baked.  In any case, it was still very tasty.]]></description>

Everyone gave it VERY high marks.  Oh and for the cube of butter, I literally chopped a cube-shape off my stick of butter--somewhere in the 2 or 3 tbps. range. Don&#039;t think any more than that would be necessary.]]></description>
