		<description><![CDATA[I have a Hachiya persimmon tree in my backyard and am always looking for new recipes for them. The Hachiyas are not nearly as firm as the more common Fuyu type that were used in this recipe so they were super easy to puree but added a bit more moisture. Mine are also a lot sweeter so I only added one cup of sugar and it was plenty. The pudding came out delicious, everyone raved.  I will definitely not make the glaze again though, it was way to sweet and just sat on top in a weird gelatinous puddle.]]></description>
