Came together quickly. Flavor is great - use good cocoa powder! I used Guittard Grand Cacao Drinking Chocolate and the chocolate is rich and tastes great with the PB. I used Skippy Natural creamy PB. I omitted the chips because I did not have any on hand. I used a small scoop and got 24 cookies out of the mixture. Next time I will cook the oats just a minute or two longer; I use Old Fashioned Oats all the time, but they do feel a little tough to chew. I think if they were cooked a bit longer it would be better.

These are so yummy! They can be whipped up in no time for the perfect PB and chocolate treat. The directions are a bit misleading however. They say to add the chocolate chips and peanut butter and melt together. This results in cookies coated in chocolate instead of cookies with chocolate chips in them (like they are pictured). For cookies with chocolate chips intact, add the chips after the batter had cooled a bit! :)
