This is similar to a recipe that my mom and I used to make and we both lost the recipe! It’s best eaten hot out of the oven but tastes pretty darn good the next day too! Oh and I used butter and skim milk and it came out just fine!

If you’re not fond of cinnamon, it can be easily omitted without changing the dynamics of the cobbler. Add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top and you’ve got heaven on a plate!
