I found another recipe that calls for mini chips or dried fruit in the batter. Just made it with the chips. Maybe it will have more chocolate flavor. Can’t wait till it is done.

Absolutely wonderful!! I made this as a “date night” dessert for my husband and I. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my husband enjoy a dessert so much!! I tripled the recipe and baked it in a 9 x 13 pan. I’ll definitely make this again and again!

Wow, so easy and exquisite! I didn’t have any unsweetened chocolate squares, so I just mixed 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of oil, then melted the butter with it. I will be making this again.

We all loved this the first night but were out of ice cream. We re-warmed it the second night with Bluebell Homemade Vanilla. I would say this rivals any of the molten lava brownie ice cream desserts we have had at restaurants. Would def make again and would consider it company-worthy! Thanks for posting.

Incredible! I just made this for the first time and it was gone the next day. Mind you it’s only my husband and I in the house. We ate it with a scoop of toffee ice cream. Just lovely!

I have made this three times now. After recognizing its lava cake quality, the second time I made them in individual ramekins. OMGosh! I tried it with vanilla ice cream, but I think it’s MUCH better with a nice homemade whip cream. It’s my new favorite dessert!
