I am an avid baker and even though I followed the recipe exactly, mine came out flat and bland. I believe the recipe would be better if it included salt in the ingredients. Also, even though my oven runs hot I had to add about 2 minutes to the cook time for them to set enough in the middle and brown slightly on the edges.
