Pretty sure I will never go back to making rice pudding without the coconut and evaporated milks again! YUM!! (It’s not a very strong coconut flavor, if you don’t add more coconut on top… so even if you don’t think you love coconut, try this! It’s just rich, creamy and delicious!!)
