I used frozen berries & some cut-up frozen peaches – let them defrost in the skillet – then added the sugar & a bit of cornstarch & water. I had to let the dumplings cook for almost 25 minutes, but perhaps I made them too runny to begin with…

Anyway – this was super easy – and my family LOVED it! Thanks!!
