		<description><![CDATA[The cookies were fantastic!  They are soft with lots of flavor.  I did add some extra cinnamon, we love cinnamon at our house.  

I had planned to frost the cookies, but my husband ate one while I was baking them. ( I was shocked because he never eats anything pumpkin.)  He said don&#039;t frost them, they&#039;re really good just the way they are ~ and I agree.  Also without the frosting I was able to freeze them and now I can put one in my son&#039;s lunch box when he goes to day care.  

PS.  My two year old LOVES them.  He ate three off the cooling rack before I even realized.  :o)  Thanks for a great recipe!!]]></description>
