This is not mud pie either. We called this pistachio cheesecake (because you can use any flavor pudding). This must have been in women’s world in the 70s or something!

My husband has been asking for mud pie for ages! He has no idea what is in it or anything. All he knows is that he likes it. I found one with a chocolate cake and then marshmallow cream and icing. Not right. I will try this one next!

Always a hit!—–quick, easy ingredients—–hello—cream cheese and chocolate!!!!! Looks great by grating a chocolate bar over top layer of cool whip! I use a Hershey bar.

This is my hubby’s and mine favorite dessert. So good and rich. I use one chocolate and one vanilla pudding just so it is not too rich. Mmmm I think I will make this tonight!
