These were very good and not too overpowering with the mint. I used 1/4 less flour, but my cookies were soft rather than crispy (it’s probably my oven or the kind of cookie sheets I used). I might add a tsp of vanilla next time but will definitely make these again. Thanks so much for sharing!

My new favorite cookies! I LOVE mint and chocolate! Gave some to my husband and his cousin… apparantly not everyone loves mint cookies as much as me, guess I should have warned them about the mint…

DELICIOUS cookies! made them for a bake sale and they were the only treat that completely sold out! I love the cookie taste and I think it would be just as great without peppermint. Maybe some peanut butter would be a good substitute if someone doesn’t like peppermint
