Half of them I topped with strawberry glaze topping, and left the other half plain. They look wonderful when they are made, and I meant to take a picture and send it to you! Drat! Note to others making this: make sure you are not using extra large cupcake liners, cause the cookie won’t be big enough..hehe.. we had to go borrow some regular sized ones at the last minute!
