		<description><![CDATA[These were yummy! Making the caramel layer took a lot longer than the recipe states, but that could have been the size of the pan I was using, the heat of my stove, etc.   I might try the shortcut of using prepared dulce de leche instead, the next time.  

These reminded us of a certain cookie type candy that rhymes with &quot;mix&quot;  I envisioned cutting into long pieces then dipping the entire cookie in chocolate.  Mmmmm.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I saw Claire Robinson from &quot;5 Ingredient Fix&quot; make a version of these a few years ago - and they are addictive!!  I make them every year for Christmas cookie exchanges now (plus extra for our family).  I really like it with dark chocolate though.  I also have a trick to get them out of the 8&quot; pan by placing parchment paper (or aluminum foil) in the pan leaving extra to hang over the sides to easily pull it out of the pan when they are done in order to cut them easier!]]></description>
