		<description><![CDATA[My mom and I decided these needed a richer chocolate and added chocolate chips to the last half of the dough, which brought out the cinnamon and cayenne more.  I think they would be awesome if made with bakers chocolate instead of the cocoa...great idea and we enjoyed making them.]]></description>

I only made a half batch, so I went conservative on the pinch of cayenne pepper... too conservative I think, I could only taste the cinnamon, and the cocoa flavor was pretty mild. The texture was perfect, crisp on the outside and chewy inside.]]></description>
