		<description><![CDATA[Oh, my! I&#039;ve been looking for this recipe (or one like it) for YEARS! When I was about 17, I worked in a restaurant with a sweet, grandmotherly type woman who made THE BEST fluffy, no-bake cheesecake I have ever had in my life. It just melted on my tongue. 

I&#039;ve tried other recipes over the years, but nothing ever came close. The photo looks exactly like her cheesecake.  I can&#039;t wait to try it!
