Your microwave/visual notes really helped out and made me more confident that I hadn’t messed up! The fudge tastes amazing, although I would have liked a stronger maple flavor – mine tastes mostly of butterscotch still. Will definitely make again! Would this microwave technique work for chocolate fudge too?
