No I don’t think it’s supoosed to be dry. this one is pretty moist because of the added juices from the fruit.

I could not wait to get the recipe so I could make it anytime that I wanted one. As lovebake said, it is very light and refreshing which just makes it even more delicious. The only change in the one I had was coconut was sprinkled lightly over the top of the finished cake.
