I followed the recipe exactly as instructed and these were fabulous! It takes a lot of ingredients, but it makes a Bunch of delicious cookies! I will be adding these to my favorites!

Excellent recipe. I halved it and still had LOTS of cookies. These were a huge hit with my entire family at our 4th of July gathering.
My mom has already requested I make them again, with the addition of pecans
These would be just as good without the chocolate chips, if you just want a standard oatmeal cookie.

Ok…so there is nothing “unique”about this recipe…but it just works! It is an easy to follow recipe that turns out a great cookie. This will be my new go to Oatmeal Cookie recipe. Thanks for sharing it with us!

OMG!! These are the tastiest cookies I have ever eaten. This is a new favourite recipe. I highly doubt this batch will last until tomorrow.

I was surprised about the amount of flour and oats vs butter and eggs (thought it would be too dry or too hard to mix) but it works perfectly. My cheap little electric beaters had no problem mixing these up.

Loved these. It was great to be able to do it all in one bowl, and I loved the texture. Perfect balance of crispy outside, chewy inside.

I’ve made this a lot over the last year. I usually make a dozen and then freeze the rest in balls of dough on a cookie sheet in my freezer. Once they are frozen I throw them in a ziploc bag and have cookies on hand all the time! I really have loved these cookies! Thanks for sharing!
