First of all I have to say that it is really delicious. I love the tang that the cream cheese gives to the ice cream. But the problem I had was that it never set up in my Salton Ice Cream maker. I don’t know why. I followed the mfg instructions. I ended up putting it in the freezer and I had some ice crystals form in the mixture but it is still a very very good recipe and very very easy. I do plan to try it again.
