I had never heard of it and didn’t know what to expect, but it truly was even better than a tres leches cake. And SO easy! Definitely going into our favorites. The only difference I noticed was that mine was not flat at all — it rose so high it was the size of a standard 9″ pie. I didn’t mind that one bit.
