Almost like peanut butter cookies but without being way too sweet. The dried blueberries were a nice touch. The batter was really thick though and I had a hard time folding it all together so the blueberries were evenly distributed, but totally worth it. I started mixing the dough and was eating a cookie all within an hour.

They are not too sweet, but the texture is very rich. They are tender, a little bit chewy and have a crisp outer shell. They store and travel well. Even though you do have to pull out your food processor, they are actually very easy to make and come together quickly. Thanks for the recipe!
