I made this and took it out right at 30 minutes and let it cool and the middle fell in and then we cut them after completely cool and it is like a big soup bowl of chocolate. The middle didn't even cook. The only cooked part was the crust around the edges. It was such a bummer. I am pretty sure I followed the directions correctly, so I don't know how it could have been so wrong. Hmm, I will give it a try again and make sure it is set in the middle before I pull the brownies out. I am sure it will take at least 45 minutes for it to cook. anyway, we are going to take it and keep it refrigerated and then use it as an ice cream topping. The chocolate oatmeal soup was good!
