I do agree that the crust was a little thick and I felt like it sort of over took the lemon flavor (I didn’t have any lemon zest though, so that might account for it.) They were really delicious and had a great texture!

I just wanted to let you know I made this recipe today….on impulse because it looked so good I had to run over to my neighbours and borrow icing sugar…. Anyhow I made them (skipped the lemon zest) and they were AMAZING!! I cannot thank you enough for this recipe! The only thing I would change is the crust was a little thick… other then that it was great
