Loved these! A big hit with the teenage girl crowd. Make sure the dough is very cold before rolling into balls otherwise it’s a little sticky to deal with.

I chose this recipe because I didn’t want to roll and cut out cookies and the ingredients were basic. I did substitute AP flour and cornstarch for the cake flour, but otherwise followed it to a T. They were so completely delicious, my family went nuts over them! Thank you for sharing this, Jennifer.

I just used the icing part of this recipe today to ice the sugar cookies I made for Santa. My boys loved it for the decorating but I loved the taste. It is spot on and so easy to work with. It tastes wonderful and is so easy to color and spread. Thanks!
