I used dark chocolate chips- making myself they would be healthier- I do prefer dark chocolate and they were GOOD!

Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate?!! These were great, i don’t own a jelly roll pan (although I ordered one after baking these) and used a regular 13×9 pan, baking them longer. They are a cross between an old “peanut butter buddy” recipe I have and a peanut butter snack square recipe with oatmeal. BRILLIANT! I even loved the icing which usually I omit or scrape off.
