I whipped the cream myself (they don’t have cool whip here) and crushed lemon cookies and pressed them in a pie dish with melted butter and stuck them in the freezer for about 15 minutes for the crust… It turned out fabulous! Plus, I sliced up some strawberries like you mentioned and the mix was stupendous!! Deliciouuuuuuuus!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!! It’s officially part of my “favorite pies” list!!]]></description>
