Yummy cookie – but mine were very flat. It may be my altitude (Denver), though. Had a bunch of lemons, so made another batch of dough for the freezer with more flour. Hopefully those will be thicker.

These are tasty and quite easy to make, with a crisp outside and chewy inside. I only wish mine looked like the photo with the crackled top. I made these for a bake sale and they look like Pillsbury slice and bake cookies! Next time, I’ll try smaller balls and coarse sanding sugar…

Simple and easy! These were super good And I like that all the ingredients were things we have on hand! No special trips to the store for this recipe!!

These were the PERFECT ending to our meal we had the other night! My husband and dad ate 4 of them! So moist and delicious!

these turned out perfect! I made them exactly as the recipe instructs… soft, chewy, lemony… I did made a lemon juice and poweder sugar glaze for some of them for my friend who though they needed a little more tang… but to me they were perfect… I am going to make mini ones for a tea party soon.
